Transcription:

What advice would you give men who have post-prostatectomy incontinence or prostatitis?

I would say, talk to each other. Talk to other men about it. You are not the only one leaking. Think about how many Depends and diapers and pads are sold. Think about how many different type of products are there. Depends advertises on TV that you can play with your grandchildren. So this concept that "I am the only one leaking," and "it's an embarrassing thing," it is not. It is not a stigma. It can be overcome with the help of a therapist and a doctor. So seek help. Do not feel that you cannot do anything about it. Same with the men who have pelvic pain: persist. Find a doctor who will listen to you and find a more holistic approach, along with the medication approach.
