In 2015, we had 3 employed urologists in our health network. Now, we have 19 employed urologists in our health network. And we've been systematically recruiting and building the teams, building them around medical directors who are eager to lead their individual groups. Our organizational structure really divides the network into different areas. And those different areas have urology practice sites between 2 and 4 different sites within 1 to 3 different hospitals so that we can appropriately deploy and balance the needs of the patients with the availability of the physicians.
