Please provide an overview of the Man vs Prostate campaign.

This campaign is actually an expression of collective energy around the world, because what we're seeing is that there is a certain cognitive dissonance when it comes to BPH/BPO that's being felt worldwide. It's a story that we see and we hear endlessly. It's that 70-year-old with BPH. He's on 2 medications: tamsulosin and finasteride, and unfortunately, he's showing up in the emergency room in retention. He's backed up 2 liters in his bladder. They can't get a catheter in. He's moaning, and they're calling the urologist on call at 2:30 in the morning, and we're having to go in to listen to the same story, but just a different patient, for multiple times in our careers, and we're seeing suffering patients, overburdened health care, burned out urologists and bladders on the brink. The system needs rethinking and reengineering. Urologists and academics are all coming together as the Man vs Prostate tribe. We call ourselves the "Defenders of the Detrusor" because we recognize that this is the time to prioritize the preservation of bladder health. As Defenders of the Detrusor, we actually have 3 mandates. One is to preserve bladder health. Two, to prevent late-stage disease, and 3, to help end the polypharmacy epidemic, because we have this vision that every man should be able to live their best lives chemical free and catheter free. And so we are really coming together, recognizing that we need to elevate the status of the bladder, the all-amazing bladder that's so unique it's not even transplantable. Remember, there are only 2 major organs you can't transplant: the brain and the bladder. So let's take care of the bladder.
