      In this video, Randy Vince Jr, MD, discusses the “transformative change” he wants to see regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the American Urological Association, which was expressed in his article, “A call for change: Why I can’t ‘celebrate’ with the AUA.” Vince is a urologic oncology fellow at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor has accepted a position as the director of Minority Men’s Health at Case Western/University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
