      In this video, Randy Vince Jr, MD, discusses the motivation for writing the article, “A call for change: Why I can’t ‘celebrate’ with the AUA,” and his opinions on the diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that are currently being promoted by the American Urological Association. Vince is a urologic oncology fellow at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor and has accepted a position as the director of Minority Men’s Health at Case Western/University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio.
