Please provide a brief summary of your SMSNA 2024 talk "A Simple Approach to Prolonging Your Sexspan."

I think most people have heard of the concept of lifespan—how long you live. And many people have heard of this concept of healthspan, the portion of your life where you live in good health, but many people have not heard of the concept of sexspan, which is really the portion of your life where you'll have the ability and desire to engage in satisfying sexual activity. Most of us are focusing on our healthspan and our lifespan, but we also need to think about our sexspan. Most of us want our sex span to last as long as our lifespan. There are many ways to improve your sexspan. One is to focus on the 4 pillars of health: diet, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction. By focusing on those 4 pillars of health, not only are you improving your sexspan, but you're also improving your healthspan and your lifespan.
